Quality & Reliability
QC / technical support
Product quality checks are conducted in-house by our specialized QC staff. Our quality control staff is composed of engineers, technicians and trained inspectors. Production staff members are also trained to perform QC tests. Our staff is highly efficient, skillful, adept and competent.
Inspection system
We bulid a three-dimensional QC system in our factory. They are self-checking,inter-checking and speciality checking. We are seeking 100% customer' satisfaction.
A case of check
We made a detailed checking list in speciality. Our customers help us revise accoding to market. Now we have a checking list with 54 items and 208 points. Our checkers inspect them one by one caefully and record on the paper.
The end control checkers will double check every point,while stressing on the function testing,recording the Curve of temperature rise,ect.
Wood
We imported logs directly from Cananda and US with more than 100 years old. We select accordant grains for every SINO Sauna panels to look nice.
We teat the wood by an unique harmless and environmental way. That is ,to soak,disinfect,degrease and dry with natural Chinese herbal medicines.
We guarantee all the process are non-chemical and all the dotex boxes are real green and healthy.
